About J&S Land Service
J&S Land Service is a family owned outfit in Altha that clears lots and land across Jackson County and nearby counties. Josh runs the jobs and his crew does the work, which customers say gets done on schedule. Several reviewers mention hurricane damage, with crews removing downed trees, stumps, and debris afterward. Clients often point to how often Josh sends photos and texts during a job, including one who hired him from out of state. Prices are described as fair, and a few customers say the team handled a change in scope without fuss. Work includes land clearing, debris hauling, and leveling ground for projects like pole barns.
