A-1 Cutting Edge
One-stop home maintenance firm; reviewers praise steady lawn and pool service and fair pricing, but warn about property damage.
About A-1 Cutting Edge
A-1 Cutting Edge is a Cape Coral outfit that handles a lot of home work under one roof, from lawn and pool care to sprinklers, pressure washing, and plumbing. Owner Scott Lynch runs the company with a master gardener, specialists, and apprentices. Customers who stick around for years mostly praise the reliable lawn and pool visits and fair prices. The complaints that repeat are about crews damaging fences, sprinkler heads, and plants, plus poor communication and bills that kept coming after service ended. Tree work comes up in reviews and on the site, but it is one part of a wider maintenance business rather than the focus.
