About Asplundh tree expert co.
Asplundh is a family-owned company founded in 1928 and headquartered near Philadelphia, but its Fort Lauderdale yard mostly serves utility contracts rather than homeowners. Most of the work is clearing limbs and trees near power lines for electric utilities, with emergency storm crews on call. Customers who are not the utility often describe debris left on the lawn or street, trucks blocking driveways, and crews who are slow and hard to communicate with. Several reviewers also say trees were cut more than needed. A few reviewers say the crew was courteous and did good work, so experiences vary a lot by crew. If you are a homeowner, ask in advance who will haul the debris away.
