Reviewers say the owner uses a Bobcat, but several say the crew left debris behind and billed higher than quoted.
About AAAUTS
AAAUTS is a small, owner-operated tree company in Jacksonville that uses a Bobcat to haul branches and reach tight yards. Reviews are split. Several customers say the work got done, and a few describe it as quick and professional. The complaints are more consistent. Multiple reviewers say crews left branches and debris on the property, took days to come back, or ignored messages afterward. Two customers say the price rose after work started, including a stump grinding add-on that went up from the quote. Others report unfinished jobs and an estimate far above what other companies gave.
