Mostly contracted for JEA line trimming, with repeated reports of leftover debris and damaged cable or fiber lines.
About Trees Inc.
Trees Inc. works mostly as a contractor for JEA, trimming branches near power lines in Jacksonville neighborhoods. Customers report the same problems again and again. Crews often leave branch piles and debris behind, sometimes for a day or more. Several reviewers say lines were damaged, including fiber optic and cable lines, and some say crews blocked driveways and dead-end roads. Others describe early starts, crews working on private property without notice, and little communication after the job. A few reviewers mention a crew leader who spoke English and one short positive review about the work, but the overall record is poor. Anyone considering this company should ask for a written scope of work and confirm who is responsible for any damage before work starts.
