About TruGreen Lawn Care
TruGreen runs lawn care in Jacksonville and also handles tree and shrub care and mosquito and pest treatment. Customers often praise individual technicians for being courteous, detailed, and easy to talk to. Several say their lawns improved over time once the treatment plan was in place, and a few said a weed problem was finally fixed after earlier attempts failed. The main complaint is inconsistent follow-through: some customers report missed visits, wrong products, or weeds left untreated after they reported them. Pricing has been described as reasonable.
