About Steve's Tree Service Inc.
Steve's Tree Service has been around Lake Placid and Highlands County for over 20 years, and it still runs as a family business. The crew handles removal of storm-damaged or dead trees, trimming, stump grinding, and land clearing, and it also does landscaping and hardscaping work like sod, planting, and retaining walls. Customers say the crew works fast and leaves the yard clean enough that you can't tell they were there. Several reviewers mention same-day or overnight help after storm damage, and people who have used them for years say the prices stay fair. Reviewers also describe the crew as respectful and on time. The company is licensed and insured.
