About Turning Point Property Maintenance
Turning Point has been working in Land O' Lakes since 1988, and the owner, Steven, is the name customers mention most. Most jobs here are landscape work: sod, mulch and bed cleanups, stone, and palm and hedge trimming, with irrigation repair also available. Reviewers say the crew finishes quickly, often in a single day, and that Steven checks in and stops by during jobs. Pricing is consistently described as fair, and customers note the work comes in within budget while meeting HOA rules. Tree removal and pruning are advertised, but most feedback describes lawn and landscape jobs, so ask about tree work specifically when you call. Confirm your visit schedule and follow-up contact before you book.
