Alexander's Property Maintenance, Inc.
Handles lawn care, irrigation, and tree trimming under one roof, but mowing quality draws repeated complaints.
About Alexander's Property Maintenance, Inc.
Alexander's is a landscape maintenance company in Largo that has operated in the Tampa Bay area for more than 20 years. Most of its work is with HOAs and condo associations, covering mowing, lawn treatment, irrigation, and sweeping. It also does tree trimming. Reviews are split. Several praise the account team for clear communication and attention to detail. Others say mowers run too fast and leave ruts, lawns decline between visits, and complaints about damage and slow fixes went unresolved. Ask for a written scope and check how mowing height is handled after heavy rain.
