Founded 1984 as a native seedling nursery and tree consulting firm, not a removal or trimming company.
About Urban Forestry Services
Urban Forestry Services has operated out of Micanopy since 1984, founded by Mike Campbell, a forester with a degree in forest management from the University of Florida. The business is mainly a native tree seedling nursery and a tree consulting practice rather than a removal or trimming crew. It sells native seedlings in quantities from a single plant to tens of thousands, and it ships throughout the southeastern United States. Its consulting covers tree health, maintenance, and liability for homeowners, property managers, and developers. Only one recent review is available, and it praises a prompt response.
