United Stump Grinding, Inc.
Owner-operated since 2001 with a Vermeer grinder that fits through 36-inch gates.
About United Stump Grinding, Inc.
Jim Richardson has run this stump grinding outfit since 2001, and the grinder is the reason many people call. It's a Vermeer machine small enough to fit through a 36-inch gate, so it can reach backyard stumps that bigger crews can't. The company also does stump removal for construction sites, root pruning to keep roots away from foundations and driveways, and some tree removal and land clearing. Customers repeatedly mention showing up when promised, explaining the job before starting, and leaving the yard clean, sometimes leveling the ground afterward. Pricing gets praised as fair, and several reviewers say the final bill matched or came in under the quote. Jim also gets called a repeat-hire pick by people who've used him for years.
