BrightView Landscapes
A commercial grounds contractor with limited tree work, and repeated reports of missed scheduled service.
About BrightView Landscapes
BrightView is a commercial landscape company, not a residential tree service, and most of its Orlando work is grounds maintenance for HOAs and businesses. Its tree work is limited to general tree health care alongside turf, mulching, and color programs. Reviewers repeatedly say scheduled jobs go unfinished, such as edging and blowing that never gets done. Several say calls and complaints go unanswered. Two reviewers report unsafe driving by company trucks. A few customers describe the work as efficient and high quality. If you need a tree removal or trimming crew for a home, look at a dedicated arborist company instead.
