About Firsthand Lawn and Landscape, LLC
Firsthand has been working in Orlando and Winter Park since 2018, covering lawn maintenance, landscape design, sod, irrigation, hardscape, and tree work. Its tree services include trimming, full removal, and stump grinding, and customers often praise the cleanups of overgrown yards and neglected beds. Lawn maintenance gets mixed marks. Several reviewers say crews are good at edging and trimming, but a few report missed hedges, mowing at the wrong height, and debris left behind. Multiple customers also say the company is slow to answer calls and messages after a problem comes up. Planting jobs have drawn complaints too, with a couple of customers saying plants died after going in without proper soil.
