JW Land Management
Owner-operated since Hurricane Michael, with reviewers consistently praising fair quotes and no surprise charges.
About JW Land Management
JW Land Management is a land clearing outfit working out of Panama City, mostly on lots from a quarter acre up to about 10 acres. Jeff Wells, the owner, started in site work after Hurricane Michael and the company does forestry mulching, clearing, site prep, excavation, and gravel driveways with culverts. Reviewers keep mentioning the price, saying quotes hold with no surprise charges. They also say he shows up when promised, keeps customers updated, and will walk the property with you once the job is finished. Several people say the clearing came out better than they expected, including a few who hired him for overgrown lots and downed trees.
