Precision Property Management
Good one-time projects and cleanups, but multiple reviewers report missed recurring visits and billing after cancellation.
About Precision Property Management
Precision Property Management handles landscape work across Sarasota and Manatee counties, from planting and mulch to sprinkler repair, drainage, and sod. Most of what customers praise is the crew: they show up in uniform, clean up the site after a job, and take time to pick plants that will handle full sun. Several reviewers say the sod installation and one-time cleanups went well. The sharpest complaint, raised by multiple customers, is that recurring service was not reliably completed, and some said billing kept going after they cancelled. Prices run on the high side by customer accounts. Ask in writing for any discount you qualify for, and confirm how cancellation and billing will work before you sign a recurring plan.
