About Southern Standards Landscaping LLC
Southern Standards is a Sarasota landscaper run by owner Tyler Lapp, with over 16 years in the business. Most of the work is design-driven: beds, sod, lighting, drainage, and irrigation planned together, with tree trimming, palm trimming, stump grinding, and storm debris cleanup on the side. Customers mostly talk about reliability: crews arrive when promised, estimates hold, and the job gets finished on schedule. Reviewers also point to honest advice, with no pressure to buy extras, and to a clean site when the work ends. Several people have hired the company for more than one project, and a few mention Tyler's knowledge of native Florida plants. Lighting and drainage fixes come up often in reviews.
