Crews get praise for careful work, but several reviewers say the owner was hard to deal with when problems came up.
About Suncoast Tree Services Inc
Suncoast Tree Services is a small Seminole company that reviewers say does solid work on the trees itself. Customers describe crews who show up on time, review the job before cutting, and clean up well afterward. Several said they were careful with older trees they wanted to keep. The main complaint across reviews is with the owner, Chris. Multiple customers described him as rude, defensive, or hard to reach during disputes, and two said he pressed for payment aggressively. Jobs done without a written estimate or contract also led to disagreements about scope. Reviews are mixed overall, with the crew's work rated higher than how the owner handled problems.
